The lounge bar is the smallest of our two bars yet it has the largest of our two real roaring fire in the winter, welcoming and snug with lots of seating and it's own character including Maureen who is the elderly owner of the building having been here since the swinging sixties!

The main bar is simply a huge cavernous space, heated by our second fire. With a simple seating area and lots of standing room, with pool table, stage for our live music and resident disco set up, the bar space complete with tree trunk bar stools where the locals tend to gather. This space is usually where our larger events and functions happen. If you want to hold an event and have either of the bars to yourselves, we don't usually charge for this except for a small holding deposit and a minimum guest number requirement, please contact us for further details.
